Our Centre provides General Out-patient and various Specialist Out-patient services, including General Surgery, Gastroenterology and Hepatology, Otorhinolaryngology, Orthopaedics & Traumatology, Obstetrics & Gynaecology (Gynaecology services only), Family Medicine, Cardiology and Urology. Do I need a referral letter to make an appointment? |

For Out-patient clinic, you can make an appointment directly with our specialist.

Is any discount if I have a referral letter from Hospital Authority? |
|

What documents do I need to bring when attending the consultation? |

Please bring your identity documents, previous report(s) (if any), and referral letter/s (if any) for consultation. |

Has The Specialists registered in the Electronic Health Record Sharing System of eHealth? |
Yes, you may give consent to our centre to enable them to access your healthcare information in the Electronic Health Record Sharing System. If the doctor believes it is necessary, he/she will request your permission to access your eHealth account. Normally, the doctor will not access your eHealth account without your permission. The centre only has the authority to access your relevant medical reports in your eHealth account that the doctor deems necessary, but the centre does not have the authority to upload any medical reports or records to your eHealth account. |

We accept Health Care Vouchers for Specialists Consultation (except Cardiology) and Diagnostic Imaging. |

What payment methods does The Specialists accept? |

The following payment methods are acceptable: Cash, Credit Card (VISA / Mastercard / Union Pay), EPS, Alipay, WeChat Pay, Octopus and check payment. |

How long do I expect to receive health check report? |
|
For health check report, the completion of the all examination report will take approximately 7 working days. Once it is ready, we will contact the patient to come to our centre for collection or follow-up consultation by doctor. |
