Located on the expansive 5th floor of the Grand Plaza, The Specialists Endoscopy Centre is a meticulously designed facility that exemplifies the pinnacle of specialized medical care. Boasting a spacious and thoughtfully-appointed layout, the centre has

  • a dedicated recovery area for 11 beds

  • 24 private rest rooms

 

Through this comprehensive suite of advanced procedural and recuperative spaces, the centre delivers a wide range of endoscopic services, from colonoscopies and gastroscopies to other specialties’ endoscopies.

 

From the precisely calibrated airflow and pressure dynamics to the seamlessly integrated medical gas supply, water supplies, and electrical systems, every facet of the centre's design has been painstakingly conceived and executed to ensure the highest levels of safety and functionality.

Electricity

Cantel ENDODRY™ - Endoscope drying & Storage Cabinet

Provides a controlled environment for drying and storage of endoscopes after a successful reprocessing cycle, providing storage up to 31 days with only low microbial level detected. (Ref.: American journal of infective control. Vol. 47, Issue 9, 1083-1089)

Pharmacy 

 

The pharmacy is staffed by registered pharmacists who provide expert and reliable dispensing services. The pharmacy utilizes the renowned First DataBank (FDB) - a globally recognized pharmaceutical database - which enables real-time cross-checking of patient allergies and drug interactions, as well as screening for medications that could trigger allergic reactions, with the aim of minimizing the risk of drug-induced allergies.

 

Additionally, the pharmacy is equipped with a dedicated, 24-hour independent air conditioning system to ensure the optimal preservation of the medication inventory, maintaining the quality, efficacy and safety of the dispensed drugs.

 

Through the integration of these technologically-advanced systems and rigorous quality control measures, the pharmacy demonstrates its steadfast commitment to delivering the highest standards of professional, reliable and patient-centric pharmaceutical care.
