Medical Statistics Analysis Issued by The Specialists
The Specialists has released and analysed 2 sets clinical performance statistics of the past years. From 2006 to 2018, our centre has collected a total of 37,608 colonoscopy reports from patients aged 11 to 95. Among which, there are 1,095 cancer cases and 57,271 polyps removed in total. The youngest patient was 23 years old.

The important quality indicators (such as perforation rate) in clinical performance of our colonoscopy are higher than the international standard.

#In this survey, the findings are mainly based on the medical knowledge and professional judgment The Specialists. The Centre for Social Policy Studies (CSPS) of Department of Applied Social Sciences, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University was responsible for inputting data and processing the calculation. The data was, them, sent back to The Specialists for medical analysis and interpretation.
